may be used by visual artists, art dealers, and arts organizations
to request a written answer to queries on a variety of topics
ranging from income taxes to copyright issues. All responses are
written in plain "art-talk" and are directed specifically to the
question at hand.
A fee of $45 is charged for a one-page written explanation on a single
topic. Resources and legal citations may be included when applicable. The fee includes
up to one-quarter hour of legal/tax research on the issue requested.
Allow three business days a faxed response or seven
business days for a mailed response.
Telephone consultations are available by appointment only. A
charge of $35 for each 15-minute segment requires a valid
credit card or check authorized through
PayPal, the free, safe, and secure online payment center. Click
